On the 13th of June 2018 , I received a call from Velonik to buy a combo from their site.After that they again called me and told me that I had won a gift then again asked me to submit the registration amount of ₹3990 for the shine contest under which the gift is to be provided to me when I had submitted the amount then they told that I could be moved to category 5 for higher value gift for that I had to submit more ₹1500 and I had trusted them and done the same. After that they told that I had got a coupon of discount of ₹9800 on the registration amount i.e. ₹24000 for the second prize which is a Yamaha R15 bike. Then again I had submitted ₹2000 for that then when again they had done phone call to me next day then I had asked them for detail then.. they didn’t respond and the person who had frequently called me for all these frauds named Seema Sharma and she told that she was calling from South Delhi. So, now I got trapped in their fraud news and had lost my ₹8000 and yeah one thing I had forgot to mention is that the product also for which they had told to buy earlier when received by me then was shocked to see that it was a defected product. When I told them to return or refund it then they told me that they will make it replace later on (God knows when ) and only put pressure to submit the rest amount. They told me that when I will pay the whole amount then will get the full registration for second prize then I will receive the call from their side inviting me to the event which they will organize in Delhi where they will distribute the prize and they also told that all the expenditure for me to reach on the venue will be bear by their company and their is a 14hours stay there all the lodging and fooding etc. expenditure will all be bear by the company. But now when I asked to refund my money then they are denying as I had a very urgent need of my money. And now they are also not picking up the phone. The no . From which I had received the call is a landline no. which I am mentioning here I.e. 1130-132873 . So, at last it’s my most kind and humble request from you (the director of this complaint registration site ) that sir plz make fair judgement in my case sir. Through your these complaint registering site I want judgement honestly in my case as my ₹8000 had been taken by this fraud company in the name of providing gift which they had not provided yet. And done the fraud after taking the money. Sir , once again I beg you to make a fair judgement in my case. Later on if you want more information regarding my case then plz ask I had all the information with me such such as transaction I’d , no. Etc. Screenshots with me.
