I had purchased a electric scooter kit frm venus technologies and paid rs 22400 through net banking. But till date the company has not made the delivery nor they r giving any reply. They do not pick up the phone. They are not responding. The details of all the messages is attached herewith. I want to take a strict action against them and want my money back.
