I have purchased a refrigerator of videocon on june 2015 from the date of purchase it was not working well..

Now from last 2 months it became dump no cooling it was doing

For that issue i raise a complaint on videocon customer care and the person told that the compressor have the problem he said that u hv to pay rs 1560 as gas filling charges i said ok

But he came to.change compressor after 1 month in the period of 1 month daily i call the engineer he always says that kal aajaega kal aajaega.

I have talked about.my with the service manager Mr Harish Kumar And Mr sudhir zonal head manager both are useless persons.

Always lies with us..

After one month on 4 august 17 when the compressor got changed the engineer told me.that the freezer of the refridger also.have choking it will also be replace and u have to pay 2200 rs more fore that

I said ok make my Refrigerator perfect i will pay u

No 15 day spended the engineer nd manager says that unke paas freezer nhi hai… 1 ya 2 din me aajaega. Lr ab tk nhi.aaye

Is issue ke regarding videocon customer care mail id pr abount 50 emails sent & receive k hai.

They only say in reply that we understand your issue and we will resolve it on priority.

But nothing they also do..

In last i appeal that Never Purchase any Videocon Product .

Very very very very poor Service they have..

And their service managers are not doing a single rupee work.. aise managers.ko to company ko nikal dena chahiye..

One AGAIN I APPEAL THAT NEVER PURCHASE ANY VIDEOCON PRODUCT..
