Respected Sir,

I am Priyadarshan negi.This is a serious issue about online shopping site running our business without frightened by Indian Law.

Our Complain is against whaaky.com.I believe this company lier me fraud with me.On 24th nov 2016 i recd 4 trousers @Rs.1199 this material os completely waste material.So i was complain for refund by call&mail & as discussed in mail i will dispatch material return by speed post and whaaky.com recd material on 30th nov 16.

But from 30th nov 16 to till now i was send atleast 14 mail to this company regarding my refund but yet not recd any refund and they send me one mail it in processing.

My question is that how much time this company want to give refund Rs.1099.Im tired to send mail & call.So finally i am coming in consumer court office.

I want full compensation against this refund.
Plz check and revert me.
