I ordered 3 dresses( one pieces) from ‘www.wingsfeb.com’ online shopping site which cost Rs. 1602 on April 19, 2018. The order number was 8789 with Cash On Delivery option. But I got the order delivered today which was totally wrong products. I got delivered something else not the dresses I ordered. This was very disappointing because I have been cheated very badly. Instead of receiving those 3 dresses, I received 2 cheap sarees which I didn’t even ordered. Such things should be punished seriously. I want my money back and also the company must be punished badly so they don’t even think of cheating their customers. The policy tabs of website is not even working and there is no way to complain or contact them. Please help me as I have many proofs regarding this fraudulent company.
I made an order two saari on 19th Apri and got just one saari today. That too a wrong saari, very bad and cheap. No way to contact them back. Even the bill receipt has no mobile no to contact back.
