I ordered furnitures from WOODYSFURNITURE.IN in may. My order number-9867.
I received the damaged product after 3months so I asked them to replace it or arrange a carpenter to fix it. They advised me to arrange carpenter locally in Coimbatore and they promised me that they will refund the money if I provide the bills as a proof. As per their advice I arranged the local carpenter and got it fixed for the sum of RS7000. Later I had sent an email the proof of the photos after fixing along with the bills. I had sent many Email and also phone calls requesting to refund the money. Till now no response through Email. But customer service staff had given one number to contact account’s department, I had contact that guy(Irfan Sheik on 9773052450) who is irresponsible too, after getting all my bank details he is resisting to pay the money. Please help me to get my money back.

Faulty items:
***Dining table top glass was broken, wrong color cushions for the chairs, coffee table chipped off***
Rocking chair- Got it delivered after calling them for more than 50 times.
