What is the website you're complaining about?

i have ordered some products from nykaa and wow express company served a message that product is out for delivery but it was not delivered. Even the tracking link shows incorrect location of delivery. I have given correct address. It’s been 6 days my product is not delivered. And i am not getting any information about the delivery of my product.
