I have booked two plots in Gruha Kalyan Aster Project by paying 8.5 lakhs as booking amount in the month of October 2015. Initially they have committed they are going to start / commence the construction with in 45 days, it is almost more than a year, but the land itself not registered in their name, because of delay in process, I have requested for cancel my booking through mail in 21st September 2016, but there no single reply from them and went to their office to get my booking amount back by cancel my booking, but they are not ready to cancel and behaving like no manners By name Prerana Senior Projects Manager in the company.
No single project started by them, but they looting the money from the poor customer by offering lowest budget apartments in and around Bangalore, do not believe those offer and do not invest single rupee with Fraud company Gruha Kalyan.
Finally I am decided to file a case on them for recovering my money back.
