I made my booking through yatra.com for journey starting from 20/9/2017 and return 7/10/2017 from etihad airways . my yatra booking refrence number is 0508732232113. my airline pnr is CYZGFX. my name is Noushad Andodi. while booking i made an alphabetical mistake as nousahd andodi . which i wanted to correct it with yatra.com after 1 day of booking when it came to my notice. while speaking to 3 to 4 agents . i got a call from yatra agent Mr. jatin who says to me that only option to correct this mistake is cancel the ticket and you wont be refunded a single penny. I contacted airlines to which they replied to me they will do it only if they receive an amend booking email from yatra.com . which yatra refusing puting the complete blame on airlines. I have booked through yatra so i would want solution from yatra i cant be wasting my 26000 just for 1 alphabet. please help me.
