Respected sir,

In the month of April 2017 , I got a phone call from Mr. Ajay , mobile no. 9643546861 , a representative of Yatraa holidays , who offer me a tour package of Goa from chandigarh to Goa ( 2 June to 6 June ) in rs. 30000.

He send me the details of tour package on my mail id ‘ dhimanlic@ yahoo.co.in ‘
Also send me the A/C no. 50384089547, IFSC code : ALLA0211870, Allahabad Bank , Vasundhra GZB of Yatraa holidays to send the payment through NEFT.
I have deposited the payment rs. 30000 in mentioned account through NEFT from my PNB bank a/c 0359000100532480.

But, now his mobile no. is switched off,
His website www.yatraaholidays.com is not working and even email id [email protected] is not working.
Mr Ajay has Misrepresent , delude & deceived & harass me.
You are requested to look into the matter & help me to solve my problem in a legal way.
