Dear Team,
I have placed order of one pair shoes with this online portal last month on 26’th May’17 and received wrong shoes which i have returned them on 1’st july’17 after discussing them over the mail as they have confirmed me that it was mistake done by company end. After that I have followed them over the phone and mails for right shoes and they have been making false excuses and been behaving highly irresponsible and unfriendly with me.

Request you to intervene so that I can trust the system for customers available to raise the voice.
