Zipshop/B.O.S.E soundlink mini 11 wireless bluetooth speakers ( carbon )

I had placed online order for B.O.S.E soundlink mini 11 wireless bluetooth speakers ( carbon ) on 02.02.2018 with order no 11346, on zipshop.in for INR 3299/-
In my account it shows that the order is under process but instead it was delivered by Delhivery vide their AWB no. 1640710001923 on 09.02.2018.
Instead the product delivered was completely fake and damaged. the product delivered was some cheap soundlike Mini11 wireless bluetooth speaker in damaged condition made in china.
When tried to upload the complaint got message ” Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.” and when tried to call on the phone no given on the site which is (+91) 9818567878 got the message ” to dial a valid no.”
have sent mails to [email protected] and [email protected] but no response. It is a fake company and i was duped of my money. The site says that it accepts all major credit cards.
Please look into this since they might be duping lots of people of their hard earned money.
