100bestbuy – Followup on the complaint of 100bestbuy now not getting automated emails too

Hi, The complaint on 100bestbuy was raised on 03/10/2013, thereby getting a call from them to refund the credits with courier charges on receiving the product back. The product was sent back on the same day and was confirmed by courier agency to have been received at below address. Our Address: Suksh Technology Private Limited Salarpuria Hallmark, 15/3@16, 4th floor, Kadubeesanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore – 560087, INDIA. I was asked to email with the courier receipt and details of courier, which even after being done yesterday haven’t received any email (not even the regular automated one). I have some 4k credits and the courier charges awaiting refund to emailed account, but not sure how long do they take this time or even would they ever do that.

    i have ordered for shirts,100best buy have dispatched only, Used shirts(second hand shirts & faulty one).They are totally cheating. I have returned the product from my own expense .Now they not refunding my money. They replying that they can credit to 100bestbuy account only. Its totally cheating. And they are the real culprits in Online industry
