9000mah power bank (black) – they are not accept my product..

I purchased the product on 5th august and after about one month the power bank was not working properly so,I requested to return it but they told me that we are not accept this product after 15 days and also told that give your product at the Samsung service center I went there but they told me that your product is duplicate so they are not able to repair or replace the product so ,I want to return my product ..
