I have not being able to transfer through the app from my isic to my adib account. It keeps showing an error message which I added below.

Also 25 aed was deducted from my account for lack of minimum balance of 3000. I believe there shouldn’t be a deduction because it’s a student account. And even if there is a deduction it’s a fault from the issue above.
