ACER – DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & NO REPAIR/REPLACEMENT

After encountering display problem now different problems have started, first display cable was changed, then display. Then microphone along with camera started malfunctioning. Now the laptop is alive only on power adapter and becomes dead when power supply is interrupted, battery is not working and not charging. As per service center engineer the complaint for replacement of motherboard was lodged by him at the time when camera problem was attended at service center. Now laptop has started hanging, screen goes full black and in task manager under performance there is no GPU.

One year warranty for laptop has ended in mid of Oct 2020 and has been extended further for 2 (two) years for Rs 3790/-.
Now Acer is not repairing, replacing, refunding with interest and damages caused. As everything is online and I am unable to use laptop to work and this is causing lot of anxiety and tension.

Cost of product including extended warranty Rs 43780/-, with interest of 1% per month and Rs 500/- per day from complaint date i.e. 27 Aug 2020.
