I had placed Black dressc XS size worth Rs. 1999/- on 25 June. They had sent wrong size XL and wrong colour (grey). I had asked for exchange or refund which they denied to do within 15days. They said after 15days they will have the product picked up and refund my amount. It’s almost 27days and they have still not yet collected the dress nor giving my refund. I have been asking again and again for the refund they are giving excuses. They are not answering the call not replying to Whatsapp msgs. On Instragram everytime they are giving time of 5days and 1 week. Please help me to get my refund back.
