Adobe – Taking money out of my account months after cancellation

I cancelled my after ‘trial ‘use of software in April, 2021 then in July they started charging my card again. When I called them after going through automated system it would hang up on me so after many tries and calling at different times the guy was trying to tell me I ordered again on a different email, which I did not. I told him they bought my email address then because I do not use that email to order things. After threatening to sue they put the money back in my account and I told them I want my card deleted. Now it’s October and They took money out of my account in September and Oct. Again tried to call and the usual hanging up on me. Furious that this seems to be how they make their money, by ripping people off. When I go to ‘my account’ it shows no record of the email address they bought and that I have no current services of my regular email yet they keep taking money out


How to file a complaint against Adobe?

* Go to page
* Write Adobe in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Adobe.
