I placed my order more than a week ago(about 10 days) . But the books haven’t been shipped yet.In fact the order still seems to be pending. I’ve already payed for the books.
The customer service is unresponsive, I’ve tried calling them and reaching out via FB messenger and via emails but haven’t received a response in the past 2-3 days.
I’m thoroughly dissapointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by this company
