Hi All,

I had asked for a refund for my flight from India to Malaysia. Madeline and Vicky from the Account Management team finally after two weeks of me chasing sent an email saying it will be refunded because the clause itself mentions if the customer doesn’t understand the second payment process then the ticket price will be refunded 100%.
However, I have again been chasing for another week but there has not been any reply from Vicky or Madeline. They said that their refund team will contact me but nobody bothers to reply to my email. Please check with your team member Vicky and Madeline.

I have also attached a screenshot of the email where Madeline emailed confirming about the refund and her team getting back to me. The email was sent by her on 5th September, 2017 and today is 13th September, 2017.
