This is Prasanna Shetty my mobile number 9535336150 using the same number in Airtel more than 5 years and last week requested to Prepaid to Post Paid and i submit the document through ARC Maruthi Enter prises ( contact Nmber – 9740232277) on 12th October and addredd verified on 13th october and network disconnected from Prepaid and same day recieved the Postpaid SIM and still today (16th october ) not activated
same number using for my business purpose and i cannot contact clients and loose more than 5 Lakh and who will responsible for my lost
I sent more than 15 mails to 121 customer care and ARC maruthi Enterprises no one contacted me and given my alternate and requested to call me but no one contacted me
I cant go other network also and no one giving the status
My loss more than 5 lakh, the Airtel is responsible and need to fill up by them
