Can you please help me to find the answer on this.. Im a du plan user of 150 monthly..i dont know what is the difference between using my plan monthly and consuming it all and suddenly they cut my plan without prior notice..everytime i try to dialed number “your monthly plan has deen disconnected and i have to oay 2029.56 aed for i dont know reason and keep telling dat i reached my credit limit ..im calling of course in my home country thats why i avail dis kind of plan abd yet dis customer service agent kept on telling me to pay first so they can see what really happened in my account? Are they fooling the consumers just to get the benefits ang like me the user will suffer..whats the use of this plan if they are prioritizing the credit limit above rather than the plan itself ..hoping for your response
