I have order dress from this site on 21st Jan and also paid online through this site: alamodelabel.in/account/orders/3f3ffc4a808e4f35a3ac4c84e7544836
they mention in the terms & Condition that they deliver the order only on working days and it will take 15-25 days.But as per company condition they did not pick up the call or nor deliver the package.I tried to call them from two different number but they did not respond.
this is my order number #2777 Paid Amount Rs-2, 280/-
Alamode by Akanska India is a complete fraud. We placed an order from Dubai more than 2 months ago, and I still haven’t received it. I sent MULTIPLE EMAILS begging them to inform me of what’s going on and if they can please refund my money. This is so, so unfair that these people can be so unprofessional and can literally STEAL money from people without legal action being taken against them. They don’t even provide a contact number where one can get in touch with them. Can you PLEASE help me?
I accidentally paid twice for the product they didn’t refund I dont have any clue how to contact and ask for return. I had ordered more than 2 product costing me around 8000, now when I tried to login through my emailid it says that it doesn’t exist. This money is huge for me . I haven’t stopped crying till now. If anyone can tell me what shall I do
