I too have been cheated by the same company, Amazing Tour for Rs.26, 000/- offering a tour of Guwahati, Shillong in Sept. 2019.
After making all enquiries, the company made a request to pay an advance of 50% i.e., Rs.26, 000/- in favour of M/s.Oriamo Private Limited. However, before making the payment I had duly asked the reason for making the payment in favour of a third party. I was informed that they are venture partners. I also made a search on the said company, Oriamo on MCA site and found its registered Office at Noida, Ghaziabad, UP.
After making this payment, I have been repeatedly trying to contact the persons on given numbers and also through email to provide me the detailed itinerary of my tour. However, the calls are not taken. After making frequent calls, I was able to talk to one Mr.Gaurav who assured me that the booking details shortly.
My calls are not being taken now and emails are bouncing back.
I need help in getting my money back.
