Amazon – Amazon driver trespassed into our home & Amazon bricked all of our devices for complaining

I gave instructions to leave package @ front door. Driver trespassed. I complained to Amazon who admitted (Chris from executive customer support) that the driver did trespass but locked my account and now none of the 18 Amazon devices we have works. Dozens of movies, audiobooks, and books aren’t available to use anymore due to that. That is not fair and doesn’t seem legal.
2 widescreen TV’s 3 tablets 5 Echo devices 1 Blink I FireTV dongle 2 kindles 1 luna controller 2 pairs of ear buds.
I cannot even speak to anyone to help resolve this. They hang up on me. I have never had such terrible customer service. This is what a company does when they do not care about their customers. Long gone are the days where they do care. No one is above the law but Amazon seems to think they are. It is a very frustrating situation. Do not buy anything Amazon branded. You do not own it. They just allow you to use it till they pull the plug. I need a lawyer for this, it seems.
