Dear sir/madam they are cheating me to collect 30000 and they will pay me some benefits, I paid and they did fraud not return my money and no benefits simply they are cheating from giving unnecessary showing some benefits please solve my problem I am poor student

I requested a return/refund on October 7th. The seller was to send return label. The return lime frame is Oct. 18th. I tried to call Amazon because I could find no way to contact seller. All I get is a robot trying to sell me an emergency button, and then an insurance policy. I called the customer service number several times. I have never had a problem like this with Amazon before, but it seem customer service has become customer no-service. The hat was about $75.00, ordered from Oztrala and can’t find a way to contact them either.
I can provide order number and Return ID number if needed.
