I am a retired senior and is home all day. I placed an order online with Amazon on June 24 and 25, 2023, who stated that my order will be delivered on Monday, June 26, 2023. I checked my Amazon order account, which showed that my order will be delivered today, June 26, 2023. Throughout the day, I watched the movement of my order online and it showed that it would be delivered today, June 26, 2023. After I noticed that the order was not delivered, I checked my Amazon account and it stated that Amazon delivery driver stated that “Delivery attempted today at 7:31 PM”, which was a LIE!! I have been purchasing from Amazon for many years and have never had a problem with any driver until today. (I do not have any pets and my house is not fenced in – EASY ACCESSIBLE). This type of behavior can and will DESTROY a company. The drivers are a representation of AMAZON sooo, when the driver doesn’t do their job, it is a reflection of AMAZON. Please help in stopping this type of behavior.
