Amazon India – Fraud by Amazon India

I, Anup Dixit purchased mobile phone from Amazon.in with Gift Voucher ( Worth Rs 10,000 ) order(ORDER NO. # 171-7830870-4257901) on 06-03-2016 and paid the amount via debit card which was Rs. 1646/- and also get the confirmation of payment and order via email. And also there is a mail saying we will confirm your delivery date and send your separately. But in evening I have received mail that your order has been cancelled due to technical issue. This is not my fault for the issue. They have received the payment and they have confirmed it . This is happening Third time with me. Why customer suffer due to their mistakes.

When I discussed with customer care he says your gift voucher amount has been credited in your amazon account and which amount deduct from your debit card has been refund in your bank account. When I checked my bank account I have received amount of rs 1646 Rs. /- but my amazon account has been hold so I can’t use of my Gift voucher ( Worth Rs 10,000 ) when I talk to customer care on this issue customer care says kindly send a mail on mail id – [email protected] due to your account is on hold. But I already send approx 30 mails on this mail id but still I don’t have received any reply from amazon india and when I talk to customer care, giving me same information again and again that please send a mail we can’t do any thing on phone call.

Kindly resolve this issue and register the complaint against the Amazon.in.
