Amazon is holding my account against me, playing the victim, the world’s smallest violin, and refusing to open it. “People like me, are why there’s 2FA on people’s accounts, “No please, please, come back, we swear we won’t cancel you again, they’ve cancelled me, twice. Which adds up to $180 in Prime fees, I said, “If an Amazon Specialist closed my account, they can open it.” “All you have to do is get this card, and we won’t cancel you again, please mam,” they know what they’re doing, and they’re all going to lose their jobs. What they did, was wrongfully cancel me, they should’ve cancelled the people that had my information not me, and I already told them, I’m not creating a new account, they cancelled me THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. so, I haven’t used my account it in a year! Don’t force me out the door, use every excuse in the book, and beg me to come back, you have my credit card, and all of my details, don’t even. They’ve willingly shut my service off, and then they’re complaining about it. I would too, if I paid $180 and my service never came on! They elevated they’re prices, and then they want me back, hell no. I also ordered items that never came to my house, that were paid for in full, that they turned around and cancelled, later, fucking dumbasses. I’m done with them, if I pay for a service, I should get it. The contents of the email said: “Until you can do this, all of your orders will be cancelled, but they won’t take responsibility for the cancellation taking place. There’s ZERO accountability with Amazon, none. “We found usual activity on your account and have locked it as a precaution”, okay great, but every time I talk to them, it’s never their fault. You want to run a company, but then blame your consumers, who test out your product, and give you money. They forget that our money, could go elsewhere!

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Amazon.
