amazon – online mobile order automatically cancelled from there side and product not given

Dear ,
I had booked Moto G turbo mobile vide Order #404-5575957-9763559 on dated 27/03/2016 from amazon online site my order has been booked & amazon gave me mail that my order has been placed for mobile & stated that “Thank you for your order. We’ll send a confirmation when your order ships.” with my mobile details and amount has been given in it. but on dt 28/03/2016 they gave me mail which stated that We are writing to you about your order #404-5575957-9763559.

“We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: Asin: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Such occurrences are rare and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you have paid for your order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used once the order is cancelled. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on your bank or card issuer’s policy.”
so its my humble request to take strict action against them they play with sentiments & emotion of customer even though its my humble request to make my order available on same amount.
