I Have Order a Jeket online waya ad display on you tube and ordered a jacket online , there is a confirmation mail being received from company site for payment received and order confirmed but still the product is not being delivered provided also that we have written so many mail on [email protected] and google [email protected] relating to the transaction however there is no response from both organisation , I requested to consumer forum to issue a guidline for displaying ad so that the authencity of the ad will be relied by the end user and one more point i want to add on the UPI transaction being done with the payu gatway and bank (Might be its HDFC BANK) so i request to -Google pls block the content for the fraudulent personal for bank pls sezied the accounts
