Order no. 100002036 ; LG-360Ltr. Refrigerator ; MODAL – GL-D402HDWL FORST FREE WHITE; Amount – 28799/- ; Paid – 15000/- (down payment done on dt:- 9/11/2015 by NEFT) ; Delivery commitment – 3 to 4 days; Condition – Remaining amount (13799/-) at the time of delivery. I called them many time on customer care but now then do not pickup my phone. I call them on their employee mobile number (Vibahakar & Mridul) but every time they commit for one to two days. I emailed them on their cutomercare & warehouse emial id but ones they replied me they give me refund on 30/11/15. But till today I did not get any refund and again today they commit for one day.
Now they switched off their phones and web site is also inactivate.
