Arena Flowers – No Flowers Dilivery No Support

I have ordered 3500rs flowers and chocolates on 11 Feb for 14 Feb as a valentine day present to my wife. As requested by Arenaflowers support team India (Samiksha) I did an instant payment online and was assured that the gifts will be delivered on 14Feb. The result on 14 Feb 2015 was that no gift was delivered. When tried to contact arena support desk none of the contacts detail worked or they picked our phone through out the day. This have ruined my valentine day and have caused me and my partner great pain.

    I am terribly upset by the way you have

    executed my order.

    I placed an order for a bouquet of assorted

    roses and fresh fruit cake for my parents on

    their anniversary.

    What got delivered was a bouquet of assorted

    roses and cadbury chocolates. My mother

    called me to to thank me for the same and

    asked me why I have sent cadbury chocolates.

    I immediately called up your call centre and

    brought this to their notice. They were

    neither apologetic nor did they do anything

    to comfort me. They simply asked me to drop

    an e mail regarding the incident. when I

    asked them to contact the delivery person ,

    they abrupltly disconnected the phone.

    After 5 minutes my mother called me to inform

    that delivery person came again and delivered

    the cake and took back the chocolates.

    I am very unhappy with the lack of

    professional approach shown by your delivery

    team and customer support team.

    I had a very bad first time experience

    dealing with you and will never avail your

    services in future. I am going to recommend

    my friends and relatives also not to avail

    your services.

    We are sorry for inconvenience caused, but in actual your address was not complete so thats why it was not delivered on that day. Also phone number was not working.
