Axis Bank – Bank not taking action on my complaint for last 3 months

Sir,
I am very disappointed by the service from the axis banks agents. I opened my account in Roorkee,Uttarakhand and at the time of opening the account i was told that i will have to maintain AMB(Average Monthly Balance) of Rs1,50,000 to which i agreed and i was also told that this can be done either by maintaining a balance of Rs 5000/- for 30 days or Rs 50,000 for 3 days or Rs 1,50,000 for one day etc and i was also informed that if in case i maintain a balance of Rs 50,000 for 6 days then my AMB requirement for the next month can be fulfilled as 3 days of Rs 50000/- for the current month and the rest 3 days of 50k for the next month.So, i maintained the balance as asked.

In July 2015 i transferred my account to Gwalior,Madhya Pradesh and in March a sum of Rs 85.7 was deducted , and on 16-04-2016 a sum of Rs 417.92 was debited from my account. On this i called the customer care asked for the reason and they told me that my AMB has been increased to Rs 3,00,000 as Gwalior is an urban area and also that the AMB requirement for next month cannot be fulfilled in the current month and AMB are to be maintained separately for every month ,again on 20-05-2016 my account was debited Rs 368.17 After this I sent a message to the axis bank agent who opened my account about the AMB maintaining issue , she again said yes it is possible to complete AMB of next month in this month. In fact, during the time of transfer of my account to Gwalior i was not informed that my AMB will increase to Rs 3,00,000 from rs 1,50,000. I even visited the branch for submitting the documents but no took the pain to give me complete information.

Since i opened my account with Axis bank i have been given wrong and incomplete information and due to their mistakes i have attracted fine and i am not ready to bear loss for their mistakes so i want to lodge complaint against them and i want my money to be refunded as it wasn’t my fault , the axis bank executives are responsible who gave me wrong information. I also have the screenshot(dated: 18-04-2016) of the message in which the executive confirms that the info given to me is correct but infact it is not.
Kindly see into the issue , do the needful and forward my complaint to concerned team.
The Bank has already given me 4 complaint numbers but no actions have yet been taken on any of them.
