I booked online for Luxury male wrist watch on (order no. order #177124352 ) on 15th March. I got delivery on 18th march by courier – COD. I paid for the courier and when opened received Omega make ladies wrist watch that too without any invoice or guarantee card. I had ordered for Rado model – gents watch. I immediately called up e-commerce side, there was NO response. I wrote to their customer service. They told it was done by mistake and would replace it in 3-4 days. I am yet not received any replace or refund of my money. I had paid in cash INR 14450/-. Need immediately resolution.
