When I received the product I had ordered, which had a clear “sea theme,” I got another print!

When I wrote to ask for an exchange, they responded that the product name “assorted” was inaccurate.

Nevertheless, I am eligible for a refund or return in accordance with their return policy if I notify them within 7 days.

After much back and forth, they agreed and stated that the reverse pickup would take place. Two weeks have passed despite frequent emails, follow-ups on Instagram and WhatsApp, and the fact that messages are being read on Instagram and WhatsApp but ignored.

My baby was ordered it for his first holiday, but despite my requests and notifications, they simply refuse to comply.

The customer service representatives are appalling and ill-equipped to handle and resolve problems. Not even the company’s return and refund policies are explained to them.
