Hi sir ,im Transferred money to be cric account via grez pay technologies. payment was successful but not added in my be cric account.Then i informed be cric agent.they told me amount will refunded in my account automatically with in 7 to 14 days.. Already 14days completed but not refundable.. Please help me sir
