I have Applied for Property Mortgage Loan in Bell Finvest India Ltd Sangli District Branch but they told me, If your cibil score is Low and any issue in cibil score our company
Approved the loan , you need pay first processing fee RS.3660/- which is (not refundable)on company account and submeet The nesasry documents, after submitting documents company send one SMS for application ID,
Then company called me for verification after phone call verification they check my cibil and branch Manager called me and told me your application is rejected because your cibil record showing there is one account is settled and write off.
The company Collect the money from people as processing fee and they couldn’t approved loan also they after contact head office they couldn’t answered,
