After contacting them after seeing an advertisement for Berkowits Clinic on Facebook, I learned that they were offering free doctor consultations, so they scheduled an appointment. After visiting the branch, I learned that there was no doctor consultation available.Instead, staff member Kiran informed me that she knew which treatment would be best for my hair, misinforming me that the basic 12-k package for hair fall was available. I gave her $6, and she gave me a $3,000 product.
And she added, “You’re coming by next week so you can meet the doctor.” When the doctor visited me the following time, he informed me that the hair thinking package I had purchased wouldn’t be effective and that I should instead get PRP treatment.
I enquired about the price and was told Kiran would answer it. Kiran informed me that it would cost me 38,000 for six PRP, which was out of my price range. I then enquired about whether they would offer single sessions, for which I would have to pay each time, but she replied that they would not.
When I called them for a product, there was no response, so I kept calling until I realized my balance was only 500 Rs. I could pay 250 Rs. more and purchase the item. At that point, I made the decision not to receive any treatment from them. This is a fraud.
