I had ordered an auto focus lens as advertised online and paid them on 23/09/22.via gpay. Even after 5 days of making the payment, they haven’t shipped the product. Moreover, the helpline email doesn’t respond to queries and the given phone no switched off all the times. How can I get my money back?
