I am MANZOOR and I am a retail with airtel lapu no 9797871536 and I have done bill pay recharge of Rs. 300 on postpaid customer no 7051150194 and the customer no is prepaid and payment has been deducted from my account and customer not get benefit of this amount in his account. and I have complained this to airtel care service and they deny to credit back. Recharge was done on 26-08-2017. Of Rs.300 and TxId 184304717. The customer gets benefit Rs. 0 in his account. The airtel care says number is prepaid and no amount will be credited in customer’s account and also we cannot credit back in your main account.
