Blazeflash Couriers Ltd – product lost

i sent 1 product by blazeflash couriers 1 month ago but it hasn’t reached customer when i called their customer care they said product is out of service area and we are sending it back but its been around 25 days but i haven’t recvd my product and their customer service is poor they guyz dont pick call and if they pick they doesn’t give any answer my order no is 217532416 i want to file a case agains blazeflash for reputation loss i suffered and delay in product without any answer…i want my compensation…request your help.
