I have placed order for 8th may order number – BV2277036
The order is not delivered yet
My family is waiting for the order
They have not gone anywhere waiting for the order only
The order was paid
I have called the customer care 100 of times but there is no response from their side
I have sent mails but only got computerised reverts.
This is a fraud company taking paid orders and not delivering them
I want to be delivered today or get my refund

Bloom Villa is a fraud company, took money but delivery didnt happen on 8th May, customer care no always busy, email has no response, 9th may got message saying its delivered, but delivery not done, expect the refund.
This is total fraud.
