I brought a 12 month drop shipping feeds subscription plan from bluember.in, its actual price was 19999 Indian Rupees and Their sales executive (Meghana Vasudev) told me if I purchase this plan before end of June 2018, I will get the same plan for 15000 and also I will get free product integration plugin and integration will be done by their staff. So I agreed and ask Meghana Vasudev to provide me a 6 months plan with unlimited feeds she agreed and ask me to pay Rs.10000 (account Number :[protected] Account Holder : Argent Solutions Pvt. Ltd). So I made the payment to the account they mentioned in the email and I received an email confirming that they received my payment and my subscription was activated. I didn’t check my bluember.in account for the next few days due to my website was under construction (It need to be completed, then only I need to ass the products). So after few days I was planning to ask them to start the integration, I logged into my account and I notice that the plan they activated was 6 months 5000 products plan not the one I asked. So I contact Meghan again and she ask me to pay another Rs.5000, to upgrade the plan so I paid that too, to the same bank account and when I ask Meghana to start integration, she told me that I need to send an email to the [email protected] and provide them admin access to my website, within 48 hrs. (its mentioned in their terms and conditions too) they will start the integration. So I send an email to start integration and upgrade my subscription, immediately they upgraded the plan and send me an email that they received my payment and activated my upgraded plan. Then they told me to wait for 7 days to start the integration, as they were busy with some other work. So I agreed to them. After several days they installed some plugin and started product integration (They uploaded 14 products out of 29000 products) then they send me an email to increase the server execution time and ask me to do it to run the product integration myself, I tried after increasing the server execution time on my server and it show the same error. I contact bluember.in support team again they told me to contact my hosting provider to increasing the server execution time, I contacted the hosting team and they also double check the changes that I made on my server and told everything is fine. Then I try to run the product integration again its shows some error. So I manually run the product integration again and again for almost 15+ hours and added almost 500+ products and contacted the bluember.in support team to inform theme that the plugin they provided is not properly working and also it was your promise to integrate the products, then they replied to me that the plugin is not working because of no space on my server. I check the server and took the screenshot of available space on my hosting account (more than 75% of space was free) and send to them, then they told it’s because of my hosting plan they cannot do anything. So I contacted Meghana again requesting to cancel my subscription and refund the money that I paid (I didn’t even used it). She told me to send an email to [email protected] and [email protected], I wait for more than 48 hours and no response from their side. Before they used to reply within few hours (Less than 2 hours mostly). So I contacted Meghana and she didn’t respond to me. So I inform her thru WhatsApp messenger that I am going to file a case against your fraudulent transaction to the Bangalore City Cyber Police Station, she is seeing all those messages and she didn’t respond. After few hours I received an email from them, mentioning my request to cancel the subscription and refund was denied by their billing team as per their website terms and conditions. Later I contacted Meghana thru WhatsApp to inform that I haven’t received a proper invoice for my payment and advise her begging is better than these types of cheating, she saw that message and she never replied me since I request cancellation. I found another complaint too against bluember.in on some other website, almost the same period and same issue.
