On May 14, 2024, I placed an order for two books on the booksbunny website ( On May 19, 2024, I received my order, but the books had extremely poor printing—pages had missing text and lines were mixed up.

and some pages were blank. According to their return policies, items can be returned within three days, so I asked them how to return an item by mail and the whatsapp number that was provided on their website.

However, as of right now, they are not answering. It’s not like their phone number is inactive—I spoke with them prior to getting the order—but they are not answering now. I paid using UPI; could you kindly check into this?

* Write Books Bunny in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Books Bunny.
