Sir, I have purchased a high pressure car wash pump (Bosch professional GHP 513 C) for my small automobile workshop at Purulia, west Bengal. After purchasing of the product, within 1 & ½ month it become faulty. The Pump is Bosch made. I have purchased this pump from a dealer of Bosch in Kolkata, called, Mamata Enterprise New Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal. I went to Mamata Enterprise from all the way from Purulia to Kolkata on 08.10.2013 to repair the pump. Mamata Enterprise sent him to Contemporary, Park Street, Kolkata as they do not have any service dept. Contemporary, Park Street had not shown any interest to repair the pump and clearly said they cannot give service as it is not purchased from them. So, with a great disappointment and agony I have left Kolkata after losing his 2 days. Then I have contacted to Bosch toll free nos. on 12.10.2013 for help. I was in touch with Ms. Adity Banerjee from Bosch customer care and I has assured that some Mr.Amit shall be in touch with my friend, but Amit has only contacted with me once. After that neither he is picking up phone, nor any body has contacted with me. Sir, since then I am loosing my business, I have newly opened this small workshop after taking loan under PMEG scheme. It is very hard for me to repay to bank without any earning. So, I would request you kindly look into the matter, thus I could get justice.
