I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from brothersfootprint.com on 3rd August 2020 after seen a advertisement Facebook. I paid the amount 998-/-Rs online thru my bank debit card. My order number is 62890. I received a conformation mail from Razorpay team regarding successful payment. After few days on 18th and 19th August 2020 I send a mail to brothrsfootprint.com customer team but no replay received from them. After few days I try to contact them again but their website not available any longer. Please help me to get my refund back from this fraud company.
