WIYHOUT PREJUDICE
FOR PERSONAL ATTENTION OF CMD OF BSNL
THIS IS MY 21ST MAIL TO YOU. NEITHER YOUR PA, NOR CGM OF GUJARAT TOOK PAIN TO ACK. ANY MAIL (only first one was ack. by your PA)
This has reference to my complaint dated 1st October, ack by you under reference No. CMD – 4877 dated 3/10 saying that you have taken up matter with Gujarat Telecom.
I narrate below the chronological event taken place thereafter:
1. Daily your staff is “Wasting” my 3 hours on various tests
2. Today they came at around 11.15 and left at 17.30. After leaving also kept follow up till 20.00 and thus wasted my whole day
3. There is MAJOR fault in main line but one Mr.Gordia of Vasana Exchange is NOT ready to repair it. On the contrary he is instructing line man NOT to disclose this to me. I have NOT seen such person who instead doing needful, want to hide the thing. You, as Chairman, is requested to take VERY stringent action against Shri Goradia for such action
4. Your Lal Darwaja staff, Shri Vasikar and others are totally non cooperative in the matter. They are BLUNTLY saying that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES there will be speed of 4 MBPS. BE NOTED THAT IN LAST SEVEN DAYS AS MANY AS 200 SPEED TEST HAVE BEEN CARRIED AND IN MORE THAN 75 % TEST THE SPEED IS ZERO REPEAT ZERO. IT NEVER TOUCHED 4 MBPS. In doing 200 tests, my 600 minutes have been wasted
5. One Mr. Sutaria called from Gulbai Tekra on Friday but there is NO follow up by him thereafter
6. I have NOT seen any organization which takes as many as 7 days (and still not solved problem). This proves that you and your staff are VERY LETHAGIC in providing customer service
7. Be noted that under my plan you are committed to:
(i) Provide 24 hours un interrupted internet service
(ii) The speed, for all the times, is to be maintained at 4 MBPS
(iii) Fault, if any, is to be attended to within one hours
8. You have TOTALLY failed to do anything as listed hereinabove. Be noted that you have NO right to recover any rent till such time you fulfill your commitment listed at (7) above. I have all right to file case against BSNL for illegal service charges as also compensation for mental harassment in last seven days. Further your staff is using my phone and I am also required to contact so many times to your staff. You are liable to pay all such expenses without fail which please note
In view of what has been stated you are requested to:
a. Take action against Shri Goradia who despite knowing that there is line fault, failed to get is repaired till date. A severe punishment be awarded to such staff to set an example and save other customers from harassment
b. Arrange to repair line fault in maximum 24 hours on WAR FOOTING
c. Provide 24 hour un interrupted internet service with assured 4 MBPS for all the times
I am sure your PA as also CGM’s PA will ack the mail immediately
