I have purchased one AC dated 14th July for 14990 at buyfree.in. I paid the money through IMPS for their ICICI account 233205000264 IFSC ICIC0002332 as per their instructions that I will get 10% cashback. I have been following up with the support from day one but they never provided me any kind of right information on how the product is sent etc. the order status in their site is still showing as awaiting dispatch. They provided me one tracking number of shiprocket.in but shiprocket did not provided the tracking information and denied to confirm if the number is real or not. I receive no answer from buyfree.in support number 9080709033 and they have been just telling me to send mail to [email protected]. Now they are not even picking up my call. I have received not a single reply for my emails apart from the fake tracking number. Please help as I want my product or

I was also got cheated by this person and I know who are they and where the owner stays. I need more evidence to file a case against them.
