I made multiple calls and lodged an online police complaint with delhi police on https://digitalpolice.gov.in and used the state of crime as delhi on this online portal and also i did an online complain with cybercrime on https://www.cybercrime.gov.in
I called all the local delhi police stations and gave their customer care number to report the fraud happening in broad daylight . And i got their all operational number on which i daily called and finally they got fed up and refunded my money Rs 699 via imps. Although my amount was small but was a learning lesson for me to not fall prey for such frauds and scams…
i would share their number which they could lift if they are jot answering the customer care number.

Randomly called all the numbers and someone some how pick up the call..few number are deliberately switched off.All their numbers are switched off after 5pm and they operate only between 9am-5pm.
